With the launch of 100 famous dishes and snacks, the Guangzhou International Food Festival 2022 kicked off on February 7.
Delicacies from all over the world came together at the festival, while hundreds of renowned Lingnan dishes, soups, and snacks have been a treat for epicures. Dozens of reputed Lingnan restaurants got the opportunity to present their mouth-watering dishes to the public under the strict selection of professional judges.
Among them, the favorite dishes on the list included To To Kui's"Centennial Roast Goose" and South Sea Fishing Village's"Steamed Crystal Crab with Chicken Fat and Hua Diao Wine".
During this year's Spring Festival, the streets of Guangzhou were abuzz with people. The catering industry was full of orders, and the cultural and tourism market was booming. The familiar flavor of New Year permeated the streets, and the long-lost human fireworks staged a grand comeback.

来自世界各地的美食齐聚一堂，上百道岭南创新名菜、名点、名汤、名小吃，数十家岭南名店，在专业评委团的严格评选下展现于众。其中，上榜的名菜包括陶陶居的“百年烧鹅”、南海渔村的“鸡油花雕蒸水晶蟹”等。
