Foreign scholars from Peking University's Dongfang Scholarship program visited South China's Guangdong Province from September 15 to 18, exploring the provincial capital Guangzhou, the manufacturing hub Dongguan, and the special economic zone Zhuhai.
The delegation, composed of scholars from Global South countries, witnessed firsthand China's advancements in technology, infrastructure, and social development.
During the visit, the scholars expressed admiration for Guangdong's balance between economic growth and social stability, noting how technological advances and practical policies are integrated into daily life.
