The 13th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC ended in Jan 17 2025. John Milligan-Whyte, the Chairman of the America-China Partnership Foundation shared his views of CPPCC.  

In his opinion, the CPPCC system allows more people to participate in social development.
