The duty-free stores are accessible to everyone, offering duty-free purchases for eligible shoppers and taxable goods to the general public.
 
If you are departing from China within the next 60 days with an international flight or cruise ship ticket, you are eligible to buy duty-free commodities in the stores located in your departure city!
