Autumn is the peak season for migratory birds to migrate south. Although there are no flocks of birds gathering on the coastal beaches or thousands of birds singing in the deep forests in the suburbs of Guangzhou, there is still a piece of pure land that is a good place for bird-watching. In the South China Botanical Garden, as many as 135 species of wild birds from 35 families are recorded throughout the year. Many parents choose to bring their children to the garden on weekends to look for birds.
