The 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Lantern Festival will take place in Nansha district on January 22nd. During the Spring Festival, there will be numerous folk performances with Spring Festival themes. From the first to the third day of the first lunar month, lively performances such as Yingge dan, dragon dances, and lion dances can be enjoyed. The unique Piaose parade will be held on the fourth day of the first lunar month. From the fifth to the sixth day of the first lunar month, blessings will be sent by Fulushou, the God of Wealth, the Dragon King, the Eight Immortals, Yue Lao, and the fish lantern parade. Grand puppet shows will be staged from the seventh to the eighth day of the first lunar month. 1月22日晚，2025年粤港澳大湾区灯会在广州南沙正式亮灯，春节期间还有多个新春主题的民俗表演：初一至初三，英歌、舞龙、舞狮、麒麟舞等热闹非凡；初四的飘色巡游独具特色；初五至初六，福禄寿喜、财神、龙王、八仙、月老、鳌鱼灯巡游送上祝福；初七至初八，木偶戏将隆重登场。
