On May 5, the thunderous drumbeats of dragon boats resurfaced in Guangzhou's Pangtang Village after a year's hiatus. This village held its Dragon Boat Awakening Ceremony at Liwan Lake Park, where the 400-year-old Dragon Boat made its grand return. This centuries-old heritage dragon boat, revitalized through meticulous restoration last year, once again enchanted local residents with its majestic presence.

5月5日，广州荔湾泮塘村时隔一年再次响起龙船鼓声。鼓声阵阵，泮塘村在荔湾湖公园举行“起龙”仪式。有着400多年历史的泮塘仁威“老龙”在去年经过“重叠”骏水后，再次和街坊见面。
